Blue Bell’s Cookie Cake Ice Cream is Back for Summer 2025
One of Blue Bell’s most-loved flavors is finally back. Cookie Cake Ice Cream is a sweet cream base filled with chocolate chip cookie cake pieces and swirls of chocolate and vanilla icing. Last seen in 2020, it’s returning for a limited time in both pints and half gallons. It came in second place during Blue Bell’s fan-voted flavor tournament, just behind Groom’s Cake.
