Celebrate National Burger Day with two can’t-miss picks. You can either try the May Burger of the Month — the Chilaquiles Rojos Burger — piled high with crispy house-made chilaquiles, wild boar chorizo, cotija, a pasture-raised egg, escabeche onions and jalapeños, radishes, cilantro aioli, and sour cream on a taco-spiced bun. It’s available now through June 3 Or, go for the Hoppy Meal, launching Tuesday, May 27, just in time for Burger Day.
