If you’ve ever wondered how to cook IKEA meatball, I have some excellent news for you! IKEA released their highly adored Swedish Meatball Recipe a few months ago. Kyle has always loved the IKEA meatballs. I’ll be honest, I didn’t even know IKEA sold food before Kyle and I got together. Apparently, IKEA’s Swedish meatballs are one of the most popular items they sell in their cafe.

Beef, Pork, Onion, Garlic, Breadcrumbs, 1 Egg, Milk, Salt/Pepper, Butter, Flour, Vegetable Stock, Beef Stock, Heavy Cream, Soy Sauce, Dijon Mustard
IKEA Meatball Ingredients
IKEA Swedish Meatballs Ingredients:
Beef, ground: 17 ounces (We used about a pound)
Pork, ground: 9 OZ (We used half a pound)
Onion chopped: 1
Garlic, minced: 1 clove
Breadcrumbs: 1 cup
Egg: 1 whole
Milk: 5 TBsp
Salt/Pepper
Oil, for frying
For sauce:
Butter: 40gm
Flour, AP: ⅓ cup
Stock, Veg + Beef: ⅔ cup
Heavy cream: ⅓ cup
Soy sauce: 2 Tspn
Dijon Mustard: 1 Tspn
