    New Restaurant Latuli Opens in Houston’s Memorial Neighborhood with Gulf Coast-Inspired Menu

    Smoked redfish dip, boar ragu pasta, and steaks from Texas ranches are just the beginning at Latuli, now open in Memorial. The new restaurant from chef Bryan Caswell and hospitality entrepreneur Allison Knight is now open at 8900 Gaylord Drive. The concept brings Gulf Coast cooking into conversation with global flavors, offering a mix of seafood, steak, and comforting pasta dishes in a warm, carefully designed space. The opening menu includes smoked redfish dip, pimento cheese, double-cut pork chops, and rock shrimp tacos.
