Between the patio seating, cheerful crowd, and smell of coffee in the air, it’s the kind of spot that feels perfect for anything — a casual date, a family breakfast, or catching up with old friends. East Texas BBQ Houston food truck: ribs, brisket, and more
We kicked off Food Truck Wednesdays at work with the East Texas BBQ food truck, and they set the bar high. The crew is originally from Palestine, Texas, and couldn’t have been friendlier. I ordered a veggie plate (and forgot to take a picture of mine), but I took plenty of photos of my friends’ plates filled with ribs, brisket, sausage, and chicken with all the sides. The BBQ sauce was the kind you want to put on everything. If you’re looking for the East Texas BBQ food truck in Houston, keep an eye out for their schedule or text ahead to order. Definitely worth tracking down.
