Via 313 brings Detroit-style pizza to Cypress

    /

Cypress has a new pizza spot, and it’s already making waves. Via 313, the Austin-born Detroit-style pizzeria, officially opened its Cypress location on August 15. Hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. We stopped in to check it out and started with the beet and house salads, plus the roasted artichokes, which turned out to be a must-try starter. When it came to pizzas, we went all in: The Ambassador Bridge, The Detroiter, and The Four Cheese. The Cypress location keeps the Via 313 vibe alive with thick, cheesy Detroit-style squares that are crisp on the edges and loaded with flavor. Friendly staff, a laid-back atmosphere, and happy hour prices…

Buzz started building after Platt performed a heartfelt cover of Addison Rae’s “Diet Pepsi” at the Las Culturistas Culture Awards on August 5. The moment lit up social media, and I’ve seen multiple tiktok videos of people sharing my same love…
