I’m absolutely heartbroken for all the families affected by the Kerrville flooding. I’ve been seeing so many local businesses in Houston stepping up with fundraisers and donation drives to help out. I’ll keep adding more ways to support as I find them, including other posts and ways to donate I’ve seen across Texas.
The digital team at KPRC 2 is actively updating a guide with verified ways to donate and support victims of the devastating Texas Hill Country floods. From local relief funds to GoFundMe pages, here’s how you can give back and make a difference: How to donate to victims of the Texas Hill Country floods
Operation Hydration 2025: Supply Drive in Katy
On July 13, you can stop by the Kroger Marketplace in Katy (2700 W Grand Parkway N) to support those impacted by the Texas Hill Country floods. Operation Hydration 2025 is collecting essential supplies like bottled water, hygiene products, diapers, new clothes, non-perishables, and more—all of which will be delivered to communities in need.
While you’re there, Kroger customers can also round up their total at checkout or choose to donate $1, $5, or $10 to the cause. All donations will be distributed through the Salvation Army. As a thank-you, they’ll be giving away tickets to Cowboys & Angels while supplies last.
Pizza for a Cause at Gristworkz
Grab a slice (or five) for a good cause. On Sunday, July 13 from 5 to 7 p.m., Gristworkz Pizza is hosting a special pizza fest where $15 gets you all-you-can-eat pizza. All proceeds will go directly to the Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country to support flood relief efforts.
