Created by award-winning Chef Shawn Gawle, Camaraderie is a welcoming restaurant focused on friendship, trust, and hospitality, offering thoughtfully crafted dishes.
Chef Gawle, known for his work at Michelin-starred restaurants, brings years of experience across savory and pastry disciplines. Joining him is Gillian Malone, the Wine Director, who’s curated a 50-selection wine list, and Kristine Nguyen, a CultureMap Houston Bartender of the Year, who leads a cocktail program focused on brandy and eau de vie-based drinks.
