Bas’s Cheesesteaks is back with its second pop-up in Houston on Monday, July 14, starting at 6 p.m. or until they sell out. Hosted at Burger Bodega’s pop-up window located at 4520 Washington Avenue, this limited-time event brings a fresh take on the classic Philly cheesesteak.

Founded by Abbas Dhanani of Houston Eatz Hospitality and Burger Bodega, Bas’s Cheesesteaks features a simple menu focused on quality and flavor. The star of the show is the Bas’s OG cheesesteak, made with sliced ribeye beef and white cheese on a seeded hoagie roll. Guests can choose to add onions or go without. Another option swaps the white cheese for classic cheese wiz. For those who like a bit of a kick, there is a spiced cheesesteak variation available. Don’t forget to add Burger Bodega’s signature fries to complete the meal.

Bas’s Cheesesteaks plans to grow beyond this pop-up by appearing at festivals and other events around Houston. If you’re craving a delicious, satisfying cheesesteak, be sure to stop by Burger Bodega on July 14 before they sell out.
